Making a complaint
To make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. return/complaint form
Fill in the return/complaint form and enclose it with the parcel. The document should contain the following details: your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number, an indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2.Sending back the product
When making a complaint, please send back the product together with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Return of goods
In accordance with the applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill in the necessary statement and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):

Attach all accessories received with the product(s) and the receipt or invoice to the package containing the statement and the returned product(s).
