Filing a Complaint
To file a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return/Complaint Form
   Fill out the return/complaint form and include it with your shipment. The document should contain the following information: full name, email address or correspondence address, phone number, product number, reason for the complaint, purchase date, and the date the defect occurred.

2. Return the Product
   When submitting a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
   Send the complained product to the following address:

Product Return
According to applicable law, you have 14 days to return the product. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, please fill out the necessary declaration and send it to our address along with the returned product(s):

Please also include all accessories received with the product(s), as well as the receipt or invoice, in the package with the declaration and returned item(s).
